Group Benefits/Extended Healthcare
Our extended health and dental benefits, along with long-term disability, life insurance, accident and travel insurance, give our employees a sense of security, knowing they are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Our extended health and dental benefits can also be coordinated with other benefits coverage that employees may have, allowing for 100% coverage of expenses.
Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
The ability to participate in the Group RRSP program provides our employees with the opportunity to save for a comfortable retirement. The plan is designed to provide attractive investment options, tax sheltering of assets and investment earnings.
Gamma-Dynacare’s holiday and vacation policy is very flexible. In addition to paid holidays, all full- and part-time employees are eligible for paid vacation days. Employees start at three weeks’ paid vacation plus two personal paid days off. Employees are eligible for four weeks after five years of service and five weeks after 15 years.
